SHACADEMY is an independent operational adviser to event and festival organisers, helping them create memorable experiences through the combination that actually matters: strong planning, capable teams, considered visitor experience and confident delivery on the day.

The work is led by practitioners who have run events themselves, from single-day competitions to multi-day festivals — supported by a trusted network of specialists when the event genuinely benefits from them.

Where Projects Begin

Built from events we have actually run.

This work did not begin with a consultancy model. Some of the earliest founder-led consultancy was designing and delivering adventure weekends for Pips Fit Club — wild camping, mountain biking, navigation, paddleboarding, campfire experiences and live woodland music, planned and run as a single operation.

Since then the same practical experience has supported swim operations, course design and water-safety planning for the Reigate Tri Series and Box Hill Tri, consultancy and delivery support for SUP BIKE RUN, and mass-participation paddle and swim events including GLAGLA UK and the Big Swim Series at Buckland Park Lake.

It also covers festival development — helping new and existing festivals integrate outdoor activity, water programming, woodland experiences and wellness into their event offer.
