    A short two-minute form. Who you are, your organisation, and where you need help. Nothing more than we need to give you a useful answer.

    Skip personally reviews it

    Founder Scott ‘Skip’ Innes — not an algorithm — reads what you've sent. Where you share a website, we may look at it so we don't ask you things we can already see.

  3. 03

    We come back with a recommendation

    You'll hear from us with a clear next step: a conversation, a proposal, or an honest signpost elsewhere if we're not the right fit. Skip may support the work personally, or bring in trusted specialist expertise from the SHACADEMY network where that's a better fit.

Only so we can give you a useful answer. We don't collect anything we don't need.
What happens to what I share?
Your discovery is held privately within SHACADEMY. It is not published or sold, and it isn't used to train anything.
Do you look at my website?
Publicly available information about your organisation may later be reviewed to reduce unnecessary questions and help us prepare a better response.
Do I need to know what I want?
No. Organisation Discovery is designed for organisations that are still working it out. That's the point.
Who is responsible for the recommendations?
SHACADEMY remains responsible for every discovery and every recommendation, with Skip personally accountable for the initial review. Technology supports people; it does not replace them.
