Fast Book does not replace the venue’s booking system or touch your money. It simply gets you to the right session faster. Your venue account, credits, memberships, discounts, payment methods and booking history stay with the venue and keep working as normal.
What stays the same
Your venue account stays your venue account.
Fast Book does not hold your venue balance, credits, membership, discounts, payment method or booking history. If you already have credit or a membership with a venue, it still works exactly as it does today.
What gets easier
Finding the right session and getting there faster.
Fast Book gives you one familiar starting point, helps surface the sessions you use most and takes you to the provider’s own booking journey without making you remember which venue uses which system.
