I am 18 or over and responsible for the equipment and everyone using it.The equipment will be used in the UK, unless SHACADEMY has agreed otherwise in writing.I understand I am responsible for judging weather, water conditions, my own ability and local rules on the day.I understand leash set-up depends on the environment, and that a standard ankle leash is not appropriate on moving water.I understand cold water carries real risk and that I am responsible for how I enter and use the water.I accept responsibility for the equipment from handover to return, including secure storage while unattended.I understand SHACADEMY may decline to release equipment, or advise against a use, where it is considered unsuitable.I accept the hire terms (SUP-HIRE-TERMS-v1.1, 2026-09-15).I authorise SHACADEMY to charge the payment method I use for this hire, on one later occasion and without me being present, only for reasonable and evidenced loss, theft, damage beyond fair wear and tear, exceptional cleaning or late-return losses under section 8 of the hire terms.
